Privacy notice
This notice explains how Dive with Redaz processes data when you visit the website or send a booking request. We use only what is needed to answer you, operate the site securely and, with your consent, measure campaigns using pseudonymous data without your name or contact details.

Booking requests and legal basis
When you submit the form, we store your name, contact details, diving experience, request, language and selected service so we can take the steps you requested and arrange the service. We may also process what is necessary for accounting, legal duties and the legitimate interest of keeping the website secure.
Optional analytics and browser storage
After you choose “Allow analytics”, the site records a random session identifier, language, device category, visited sections, UTM campaign tags, the type of advertising click (but not the click identifier), external referrer domain and conversion events. The attribution record remains in your browser for up to 90 days; a session is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your name, contact details and message are never added to marketing analytics.
Retention and security
Booking information is kept only while needed for communication, accounting or legal obligations and is reviewed when no longer required. Raw pseudonymous analytics is retained for up to 400 days. Security systems temporarily process an IP address in memory for rate limiting; analytics reports do not contain IP addresses.
Access and sharing
The owner and authorised operational staff can access booking details. Marketing accounts receive aggregated statistics only. We do not sell personal data. Hosting and communication providers process data only to deliver their services.

Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw analytics consent at any time and complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Booking, WhatsApp and the rest of the website work with either option.
